In short:

I’m committed to advancing equality and increasing access to opportunity.

Over the last decade, my work has centered on these two themes — although I’ve worked across sectors and disciplines to drive progress.

What I do

I’m the COO at Parkes Philanthropy, where we help nonprofits, companies, and individuals grow their impact through customized teams and on-demand experts. Our consultants bring 90+ years of experience to help our partners design innovative solutions that achieve their goals — from successful nonprofit fundraising campaigns to launching innovative shared value programs for companies.

I’m also an Advisor at an ethical fashion startup, and a digital engagement strategist for a youth & children's advocacy organization.

Prior to this, I worked at an international development agency creating cross-sector programs for impact. I also managed programs at an organization innovating around technology & humanitarianism - leading a curated event series in NYC and London.

Who I am

Over the last decade, I’ve worked in the US and abroad catalyzing impact across sectors. My work spans three continents, and includes projects with grassroots organizations, international NGOs, social enterprises, and corporations. I'm passionate about building partnerships across sectors and cultures, and believe in an integrated approach to social change.

Some of my past work includes:

  • Training a state-wide network on social media best practices — from content creation to M&E, and how to translate results in reporting to funders

  • Leading digital strategy for a successful campaign to reauthorize the only federal legislation in the US that protects young people in the justice system and supports alternatives to incarceration

  • Coordinating a 300+ person conference on the intersections of tech and social impact, featuring speakers from Google, IBM, Spotify, and more

  • Launching a new regional program that established partnerships between a food access organization and multiple university programs — one of which was so successful that the university requested our assistance co-developing an accredited course around the program

On a personal note

When I'm not working, I'm always in search of the best bowl of ramen, reading a new book, or planning my next trip.

I'm always excited to support interesting ideas, companies, and people making a difference.

Let's build together.
