Caitlin is the co-founder and COO at Parkes Philanthropy, a social impact consulting firm helping nonprofits, companies, and individuals grow their impact through customized teams and on-demand experts.

Caitlin is also the Founder & Principal at Amplify Strategies, a communications firm advising nonprofits, campaigns, and social enterprises on communications strategy, partnerships, and digital advocacy. She has worked with organizations including the Forum for Youth Investment, Opportunity Youth United, Community Solutions, Story for All, and AWID. 

She was previously on the founding team and currently acts as an Advisor at Bird + Stone, an impact e-commerce startup raising funds and inspiring action for causes and organizations.

Caitlin is based in Brooklyn, New York, where she serves as the President of New Kings Democrats and on the Associate Board of First Tech Fund.
