Caitlin is the co-founder and COO at Parkes Philanthropy, an award-winning consultancy providing flexible, customized support for nonprofits.

Caitlin also provides fractional communications leadership, performance marketing, and advisory support with her digital agency, Amplify Strategies. She has worked with organizations including the Forum for Youth Investment, World Central Kitchen, Gutsy Media, and 11th Hour Racing to drive millions of views, inspire action, and achieve policy wins.

She is the former President of New Kings Democrats, where she co-led Brooklyn Can't Wait, the campaign to make the county party more accessible, accountable, and transparent.

Caitlin is based in Brooklyn, where she serves on the Junior Board for First Tech Fund, is an elected member of the Brooklyn Democratic Party's County Committee and an appointed member of Brooklyn's Community Board 1.
